Working across multiple countries and having navigated my own transformational and deeply personal changes, both professionally and personally, my work has taken me from actor to teacher to trainer to human rights advocate to coach. I have been a trained, and credentialed executive and career coach since 2019.
I bring all those disciplines together to create coaching in which my clients feel valued, heard, and supported. And, my experience across multiple industries and in higher education means I understand your challenges, no matter where you are professionally.

Why Work With Me?
Experience
For the past 20 years I have worked internationally in multiple industries and functions. Starting in the performing arts right out of university, I eventually found myself in the world of teaching, training, and now coaching and facilitating. That first career has proven invaluable as it was there I learned to listen – really listen – to what others were saying and experiencing. Eventually earning an MA in Human Rights from Kingston University (London), I continued that discipline of putting my clients, partners, participants, and students front and center.
Internationality
Originally from the US but having lived, traveled, and worked across the US to the EU to North Africa to Southeast Asia, I have etxperienced firsthand the ways in which culture, even within countries, has an impact in both business and life.
Although primarily focused on the US and EU (Germany) markets, soon I will expand my coaching, training and facilitation practice further into Europe and hte EU (Spain, Italy, the UK) and into ASEAN, particularly Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

I’ve lived in multiple countries. I’ve had multiple professions. I’ve experienced many personal and professional ups and downs. a poud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, you can be confident I will hear you and respect your experience. You are the expert in your own own life. I honor that as part of the coaching process.
My Toolbox
As a certified coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation at the ACC level since 2023 (likely, PCC level in late 2025/early 2026), I am a certifed Designing Your Life Coach, CTL Career Transition Coach, a Birkman Method Consultant, and an Executive FiRE Practitioner (EFI). Having these tools are a reflection of my belief that coaching isn’t a one-size-fits-all proposition (and shouldn’t be).
I make sure what we work together on is what you want, what you need, with your desired outcomes in mind.
